Our Devoted to Pretty team are committed to providing the best service we can offer, so if there is anything we can do, please do not hesitate to email us or reach out on messenger.

Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product purchased from our store will be accepted unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Sorry but gift cards, competition prizes or bonus gifts are non-refundable.
