• cocoa butter: a rich moisturiser. Cocoa butter is high in fatty acids and hydrates the skin deeply. It contains oleic, palmitic, and stearic acids, all of which nourish the skin. It heals sensitive skin; cocoa butter has been noted by some to help skin irritations such as eczema and dermatitis

• coconut oil: moisturising dry skin, including in people with conditions such as eczema, reducing inflammation, which may result from UVB rays

• sweet almond oil: has high quantities of oleic acid, which has emollient properties. It makes the skin soft, supple, and more radiant. Historically, almond oil had been used in several traditional schools of medicine to treat dry skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. It has regenerating, restructuring, and moisturising properties, and it is recommended for dry and delicate skin; it soothes rough and irritated skin

• macadamia oil: is a stable and lightweight oil that is absorbed easily leaving no greasy residue on the skin. It is one of the highest sources of palmitoleic acid which is an excellent healing and restoring fatty acid - particularly suited for aged or damaged skin. It is also high in oleic acid giving it great moisturising properties for dry and sensitive skin

• sunflower oil: is high in both linoleic and oleic acids. This combination makes it a relatively stable but naturally nourishing oil. It has excellent emollient properties and is rich in vitamin E which is an important antioxidant for the protection of oils in our skin
